Founded in 1983, UMAR's mission is to promote community inclusion, independence and growth for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through residential, employment and cultural enrichment opportunities.
The UMAR ARTS Program organize partnerships with artists from the community to teach various forms of art to adults with disabilities.
